Is Death Imminent in Stage Four Small Cell Lung Cancer With Out Treatment?

My brother in law was diagnosed with small cell lung cancer that has spread to the brain,he had radiation therapy for the tumor on the brain.he had one chemo therapy for lung cancer that made him very sick ended up in hospital.he is at stage four of small cell lung cancer so he is wandering if he should continue with chemo or just make the best of the time he has left.

I think any cancer that spreads to your brain means you have very little chance of survival sorry, pray for him though
